SHIPPING POLICY
Each piece is handcrafted to order and made specifically for you. Please allow 3 – 5 days for your product to be made before shipment.
Philippine Shipping
Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
International Shipping
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once your order enters its country of destination. Antler does not cover/ is not liable for any taxation or customs charges. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you refer to your country’s local customs office for more information.
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
Pieces are made by hand with lots of good vibes, love and time! Please allow 3 – 5 business days for product to be made before shipment. Pieces may appear differently from items shown online.
Lost Packages
Lost packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been confirmed as delivered.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our materials, all items are final sale.
However, if there is a damage with your piece, we are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please get in touch with us before returning your item, so that we can advise you of the next process and timeframes for repairs, replacements or a refund.
*Note that manufacturing faults do not include: fragmented chains, chipped, broken stones, pearls, or shells; common wear and tear including pieces that have been snapped, twisted and bent out of shape, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.
Eligibility for return or repair
Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent damages whilst in the courier.
Items that are not packaged correctly and subsequently damaged in shipment cannot be replaced. Products that have been evidently worn and damaged deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.
Antler is not liable for any lost items. Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (Philippines and all International deliveries). Shipping costs are not refunded.
Antler reserves the right to refuse a return if the above criteria, is not met.
